Our organization has been and continues to actively monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation with the CDC and WHO and have taken a series of steps to help keep our staff and work environment safe. The safety and well-being of our team is always our top priority. Because of this we want to keep you aware of Cavalier Associates’ action plan in the event the situation escalates to a “remote work” environment.
Cavalier Associates is positioned extremely well to put the safety and wellbeing of our staff first by moving quickly and efficiently to a completely remote work environment. We have long had all the relevant infrastructure in place should it become necessary to do so. In fact, many of our staff already work from remote locations located throughout the US. The result of this for our clients is uninterrupted service and the “best in class” responsiveness level to client requests. We will be in constant communication with additional details regarding our posture should conditions dictate, but we do not anticipate any disruption to your business with us.
As part of our process, we continue to reach out to the various insurance companies we represent to solicit their plans should they face a mandatory transition to remote work to ensure service remains uninterrupted.
We value client service at the core of what we do and are committed to keeping our service up and running for our clients. We have the infrastructure to ensure we are able to minimize any service interruptions should our staff begin working remotely.
