Perception is reality. An overused phrase? Perhaps, but when it comes to life insurance and how the language we use is actually heard by life insurance buyers, it is absolutely the truth. Unfortunately for all of us, that truth is keeping us from selling more life insurance. ‘Death Benefit’, ‘Heirs’, ‘Loans’…the language is ingrained in every conversation we have.
